Once, I decided to play on reconstruction of an old photographs. At first glance, I went through an old photo of my grandfather`s, (my he rest in peace..) found somewhere in the deep depths of the drawer.
First coloring, reconstruction, then coloring and painting the whole picture with a brush. Seemed bit like painting the image from the beginning, but the effect went out quite interesting. Especially after printing on canvas. It turned out to be an excellent gift for grandma under the Christmas tree. It was not without tears of emotion...
Going ahead with the pitch, I set the bar higher for myself and decided to take a photo that was much more damaged. This time, topic was not easy, because the photo was from the early 30s of the last century. After the initial reconstruction, a black and white photo was created. Later colorization and decision to make painting version out of it.
Digital tablet gives many possibilities not only for precise photo processing. It is also a great tool to create something original in its form and at the same time to stimulate a smile on the face of a person gifted with such an unusual art. As a challenge for myself, I do sometimes something for my family in my spare time and something for the clients...
